Near Westside Neighborhood Association - Funded by New York State Affordable Housing Corporation, and New York State HOME Program, the Near Westside Home Improvement Program provides a portion of the cost for rehabilitation of owner occupied homes within the City of Elmira.

City of Elmira Department of Community Development - The Department of Community Development administers the federal Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Grant for the City of Elmira. An annual entitlement of Community Development Block Grant and HOME funds are received to promote development in City neighborhoods, which include programs that address housing, economic and human service needs of low and moderate income residents and neighborhoods.

Schuyler Housing Opportunity Council - SHOC is dedicated to ensuring that Schuyler County residents have access to needed home repairs that will enable them to live in a safe and healthy environment. Assistance is available to low-income, handicapped, or elderly individuals and families who need to upgrade or improve existing conditions that are unsafe or unhealthy.

2-1-1 HELPLINE - Provided by Institute for Human Services, Inc. in Bath, NY, the 2-1-1 HELPLINE manages a database of community resources consisting of health and human service providers, non-profits, educational programs, support groups, and local, city and county services for a five-county area.
